EmpowerRD utilises both infrastructure and services specific vendors to provide product and services. The following is an up-to-date list (as of 1st May 2020) of names and purpose of EmpowerRD sub-processors and 3rd-party vendors:
Vendor: Amazon Web Services, Inc.
Purpose: Primary cloud infrastructure provider for EmpowerRD, where the EmpowerRD platform is hosted. Almost all data stored, processed and transmitted through EmpowerRD resides on Amazon Web Services data centers.
Data Centres: European Economic Area
Vendor: Freshworks Inc. (Freshchat)
Purpose: Chat microservice for EmpowerRD Platform users.
Data Centres: European Economic Area
Vendor: Google Cloud Platform
Purpose: Secondary cloud infrastructure provider for EmpowerRD services, data is stored and processed in Google Cloud Platform Data Centers.

Vendor: IRIS software Ltd
Purpose: Accounting system provider to enable submission of tax returns to HMRC

Vendor: Mixpanel, Inc.
Purpose: To monitor event data in the EmpowerRD platform to support future development work and optimisations

Vendor: Xero (UK) Limited
Purpose: To raise and send invoices after claims have been submitted to HMRC.

Vendor: HubSpot, Inc.
Purpose: To manage sales and service processes

Vendor: The Northrow Group (specifically, Northrow Limited)
Purpose: Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer Checks) in order to be compliant with HMRCs requirements.

Vendor: Mailgun Technologies, Inc.
Purpose: To send transactional emails to you from our Platform.
