Before working with EmpowerRD, Luther Systems built their claim through a series of interviews, emails, and phone calls. As a small, fast-paced startup, they needed a more efficient way to coordinate their claim, especially with teams based in different locations - the tech team in California, and the finance team based in London - all working on the claim.
